Take your M1 damage and divide it by your Additional Damage Factor, then minus your Additional Damage, to get your mastery bonus.
Note: Entering a number here will be more accurate than relying on a level-based estimate.

Damage breakdown
How this is computed & what's uncertain
Formula: Final M1 = (total base damage + hidden mastery bonus) × total multiplier. The hidden bonus is added before the multiplier (empirically confirmed). Multipliers stack additive-to-1: a 1.05× and a 1.10× give 1.15×, not 1.155×.
Mastery estimate: the hidden bonus uses 13.80 − 0.0271 × (400 − level). Only the slope and the level-400 anchor (13.80) are confirmed; the low-level offset is unverified. If you've measured yours, switch on the override for a measured value.
Katana & clan are taken from your own character sheet, so Refinement/Tier is already included. The katana catalog is reference-only and isn't searched.
Titles: only Combat titles with a damage (d) or multiplier (dm) stat affect M1. Passive components apply the moment a title is owned; exactly 3 active slots are optimized. Other stats (hp, dr, block, attack speed) are ignored for per-hit damage.
Equipment: 5 slots total across Back, Ears, Face, Haori, Head, Neck, Outfits, Waist. Max 1 Haori. Only d and dm affect the result, so zero-damage cosmetics are never chosen. Any Nightfall/Firstlight piece you own may hit harder than its catalog row if it's refined — enter such items via your katana/clan fields where they apply.
Ties & cost: when several loadouts hit the same peak they're all shown, and each slot lists every interchangeable item, because no item price/rarity data exists to break ties by "cheapest." Pick whichever you can get.
